SYLLABUS
The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers (both objective type, multiple-choice questions). These two papers serve as a screening test to qualify for the Main Examination. The marks scored in Prelims do not count toward the final merit.
1.Current events of national and international importance
Keep up with major developments in India and around the world (political, social, economic, etc.).
2.History of India and Indian National Movement
Ancient, Medieval, and Modern Indian history
Significant events, movements, freedom struggle, prominent leaders
3.Indian and World Geography – Physical, Social, Economic Geography of India and the World
