Definition

This divide manifests in disparities related to access to the internet, digital devices, and the skills needed to use these technologies effectively. ii.Devices: Ownership and availability of digital devices, including smartphones, computers, and tablets, are key components of the digital divide. Affordability and availability of these devices can limit access for low-income households.
