It also includes the breeding, care, and management of these animals to improve productivity and sustainability.

Scope

The scope of animal-rearing is broad and encompasses various aspects such as:

i.Dairy Farming: Raising cattle, buffalo, and other milk-producing animals for the production of milk and milk products.

ii.Poultry Farming: Rearing of birds like chickens, ducks, and turkeys for eggs and meat.
