Demonstrating the Presence of Air

Air in a Bottle

When you close your fist or look into an empty bottle, it's not actually empty; it contains air. This can be demonstrated by submerging an inverted bottle into water. Water doesn't enter the bottle because it's already filled with air, which escapes in the form of bubbles when the bottle is tilted.

Composition of Air

Air is not a single substance but a mixture of several gases, primarily nitrogen and oxygen, along with small amounts of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other gases.

1.Water Vapour

Condensation: Air contains water vapor, which can condense into water droplets when it contacts a cool surface. This is a crucial part of the water cycle in nature.

2.Oxygen
