TRIBUNALS
Tribunals in India are specialized quasi-judicial bodies created to handle specific types of disputes. They offer a faster, more efficient, and less formal way to resolve issues compared to traditional courts. Tribunals became an important part of the Indian legal system after the 42nd Amendment Act of 1976.

Part XIV-A includes Articles 323A and 323B, which provide the framework for setting up tribunals.
